From guiding our sellers through completing all of the required state and federal disclosures, to ensuring that our buyers are requesting each and every applicable contingency, we care about more than just closing a deal. Our clients consist of first-time buyers, first-time sellers, downsizers, and everyone in-between. We currently serve clients in Baltimore County, Howard County, Harford County, Carroll County, and Baltimore City.
Who We Are
Chris Merrill, Broker/Owner: As an Attorney and Realtor, Chris brings a passion for real estate as well as an in-depth knowledge of the transaction to each client. Chris is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of residential real estate, and prides himself on providing his clients with superior representation throughout their home-buying or selling experience. Chris is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and McDaniel College, and is licensed to practice law in Maryland.
